Chief Executive Officer
Chief Operating Officer at Muscato Corporation and responsible for managing all revenue-generating sales and account teams, including the Blues (Healthcare), commercial payers, alliance sales and vertical industries. Has over 25 years of experience in sales leadership in both developing new client footprint sales and expanding revenue streams in existing clients. Offering proven ability to shape organizational performance and responsiveness to business needs, with contributions to profitability, cost control, process optimization, customer satisfaction and service delivery. Consistently increased services revenue by creating new service offerings, adjusting the pricing model and providing stellar customer service to guarantee recurring revenue. Excel in brand positioning, revenue growth, financial management, and driving operational excellence and has a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Director of Network Services
Perry Rhodes serves as Director, Network Systems for Muscato Corporation. Perry has over 20 years of experience designing, implementing and administering complex technology solutions. Perry has proven experience with root cause analysis of complex fault and performance issues in enterprise environments. Perry is a hands-on solutions developer and technology-problem solver, serving as an approachable expert resource. He is adept at managing competing infrastructure and project demands to deliver the highest quality outcome possible, resulting in excellent customer satisfaction. Perry possesses expert skills in developing and validating business requirements while managing client expectations, and communicates effectively with every organizational level.

Mike joined Muscato Corporation in 2015 and is responsible for Muscato Corporation’s integrated product marketing, sales, new business ventures and technology partnerships. Mike spent over 20 years with Hewlett Packard Enterprise and has extensive experience managing software development and integration companies. Mike has worked with solution providers for the financial, healthcare, telecommunications, retail, travel and leisure, and transportation industries. During Mike’s tenure with HPE he managed the HPE-Muscato Corporation relationship. So Mike knows a little about Muscato Corporation. Mike has a passion for technology and his customers, and approaches every project with success as the only goal.
MARK DAVIS
Vice President Chief Technology Officer
In management and executive roles covering product development and implementation, Mark has worked for over 25 years to enable the integration of electronic commerce into financial and healthcare organizations. He has been a senior consultant in healthcare revenue cycle software and strategies, assisting health plans and providers nationwide in establishing direct EDI connections with their trading partners. With Muscato Corporation, Mark has partnered with innovative financial service companies to transform connectivity between their customers and their enterprises.Most recently he is focusing Muscato Corporation’ Engineering Team on advancing high performance transaction networks applying ENGIN to solutions in the e-commerce and healthcare markets.
